How do I refer a friend?
- Simply tell your friends to mention your name at their first appointment (make sure they have your full name and phone number so we know whose account to add the credit to).
OR
- Collect a ‘Refer a friend’ card from us in the clinic, write your names in the card, and gift this to your friend to bring to their first appointment.
OR
- Send them a referral code after logging in to our online booking system.
When can I use my credit?
- You’ll receive your credit after your friend has made their first purchase with us. Once the credit has been applied to your account, you will be able to apply this to your next appointment.
*Terms and conditions:
- Client receives $50 on their Transform Clinic account creditable to their next treatment (all used at once).
- Referred friend will receive $50 off treatments at their first appointment - minimum spend of $100 required.
- Referred friend must be a new client to Transform Clinic for offer to be valid.
- For a client to redeem this offer, the referred friend must have completed a paid treatment.
- There is no limit to referring multiple friends and redeeming multiple $50 offers.
- Offer cannot be refunded or transferred to cash.
- Offer cannot be redeemed with Q-Card or After Pay payment.
- $50 offer must be used towards treatment and excludes product.
