Loyalty Program Terms and Conditions
- Points are non-transferrable.
- Points are non-refundable and are not exchangeable for cash.
- Points are only redeemable for the specified treatments.
- Points expire after 12 months.
- Points can only be redeemed at the same clinic as where they have been earned.
- Points are not accrued on discounted services, packages, varicose vein, or minor surgery treatments.
- Reward treatments currently only available in Christchurch.
- Transform Clinic reserves the right to modify/limit and/or terminate the program or any parts of the program without prior notice. Modifications to the loyalty terms will get immediately updated here on our website.

What happens to previous Transform Clinic loyalty cards?
From June 30th, 2024, we will no longer accept the loyalty cards, or complimentary treatments from these cards. With our new Loyalty program, points are automatically tracked. So, there are no cards or counting up points required!
What are the benefits of joining the loyalty program?

How do I redeem my points for rewards?
Book in for one of the following treatments, and simply ask to use your points to pay for the treatment. Please make sure you have sufficient points before proceeding with the below treatments.

How many points do I need to redeem a reward treatment?
1 point is equal to $1. So, the number of points you require for a reward treatment depends on the price of the reward you are after. For example, a Microdermabrasion is usually $128 so it is 128 points.
Are there any restrictions on redeeming rewards?
Yes, points can only be redeemed towards select treatments. We have curated this list of treatments because we believe they will be a real treat for our clients. As 1 point = $1, the number of points you require for each treatment depends on the treatment price.

Can I transfer or gift my points to someone else?
No you cannot transfer points to someone else.

Yes. Points are not accrued on discounted services, packages, varicose vein or minor surgery treatments.
How can I check my points balance?
You can check your points balance online by:
· Logging into the Transform Clinic App.
· Logging into the online booking system.
· Give us a call and we can check for you.
Do I need to sign up to join the Loyalty Program?
All our clients are automatically signed up, but we will ask you to review our terms and conditions.
Please note that our reward treatments are based in Christchurch only.
Can I redeem my points at any clinic?
No, you need to redeem your points with the same clinic you have earned points.
Is the loyalty program available at all our clinics?
While all clients are automatically signed up to our Loyalty Program and will be earning points, our reward treatments are only available at our Christchurch clinics.
