Earn points when you visit and purchase services at Transform Clinics. There are also a few other ways to earn points.

First visit = 10 points

Earn points for every dollar spent on services (some exclusions apply, see details below)

Referring new client = 15 points

Leaving feedback = 5 points

Purchase a gift card = 5 points

Be rewarded with one of the facial treatments below by redeeming your points. We have curated a selection of facial treatments we think you will love. Every point is redeemable as $1 against one of the below treatments.

Please note you need the full amount of points for the treatment, no partial points payments can be used.

Glycolic Peel (Usually $50 add-on or $110)

Loyalty Program Terms and Conditions

  • The number of points required to redeem is equal to the treatment price in full. 
  • No partial points payments.
  • Points are non-transferrable.
  • Points are non-refundable and are not exchangeable for cash.
  • Points are only redeemable for the specified treatments.
  • Points expire after 12 months.
  • Points can only be redeemed at the same clinic as where they have been earned.
  • Points are not accrued on discounted services, packages, varicose vein, or minor surgery treatments.
  • Reward treatments currently only available in Christchurch.
  • Transform Clinic reserves the right to modify/limit and/or terminate the program or any parts of the program without prior notice. Modifications to the loyalty terms will get immediately updated here on our website.

Yes, points expire after 12 months.

Book in for one of the reward treatments, and simply ask to use your points to pay for the treatment. Please make sure you have sufficient points before booking your treatments. Get in touch with our receptionists, we would be happy to check for you.

1 point is equal to $1. So, the number of points you require for a reward treatment depends on the price of the reward you are after.

No you cannot transfer points to someone else.

Yes. Points are not accrued on discounted services, packages, varicose vein or minor surgery treatments.

·       Logging into the online booking system.

·       Give us a call and we can check for you.

All our clients are automatically signed up, but we will ask you to review our terms and conditions.

No, you need to redeem your points with the same clinic you have earned points.

While all clients are automatically signed up to our Loyalty Program and will be earning points, our reward treatments are only available at our Christchurch clinics.
