Treatment packages not valid towards loyalty (as they are already discounted).
Treatments non-refundable.
Available at Transform Clinic Riccarton and Merivale only.
All treatments to be completed at same location as purchased.
For Custom Facial plans - some exclusions apply as we have certain criteria to qualify these plans as a 12-month Facial Plan and are subject to the recommendations of your providers at Transform Clinic.
