Dermapen™ Microneedling

Dermapen™ induces collagen and elastin production by causing micro injuries to the skin and the body’s natural response is to heal, this stimulates collagen formation - resulting in a plumper, healthier, younger looking skin. Additionally, these micro injuries create microscopic channels in the skin that allow nutrients to more easily reach the deeper layers of skin, boosting the nutrients effectives to improve skin health & quality. 

Your skin will feel fresher & brighter immediately after treatment, but the real results won’t appear for several months. As your body creates new collagen in the following days & weeks, your skin will start to glow. For best results, we recommend a series of 4 treatments 6 weeks apart for under 50 years and 8 weeks apart for those 50+ years. 

Dermapen treatments can cause some discomfort, which is why with the Dermapen we would want to use a topical anaesthetic cream for your comfort. However, with our other microneedling pen we find the pain very manageable without numbing cream and it achieves the same results.
