Our team will work closely with you to discuss your goals, treatment suitability, and create a treatment plan. This offer is very much subject to availability and suitability of treatments.

Models we are looking for but are not limited to:

Dermal filler - lips, chin, full face rejuvenation (must have no previous dermal fillers, ideally).
EM Visage - Learn more
All genders.
Full face rejuvenation – age 35-55.
Pigmentation – for laser and IPL treatments
Male client – facial sculpting such as jawline or to simply enhance overall facial appearance.

Terms and Conditions

Marketing consent: By participating as a treatment model, you agree to be featured in our marketing materials, including but not limited to before-and-after photos, testimonials, videos, and social media posts.
Open to treatment recommendations.
Subject to consultation: All treatment models are required to undergo a comprehensive consultation with our practitioners to assess suitability and customize the treatment plan accordingly.
Must be available for potentially a series of treatments planned and for follow-up appointments.

How to apply:

Please register your interest by emailing our marketing manager Anna Little at marketing@transformclinic.co.nz with a photo of left side, right side and front facing photo of your face in natural lighting, with a little bit about your key concerns and any treatments you have had in the past 3 years.

Anna will then consult our team of doctors, nurses and therapists, and if we think you might be a good candidate for a treatment we need a model for, we will contact you to book you in for an appearance medicine consultation to see you face-to-face and discuss treatments. If you are a good candidate and you are happy and comfortable to go ahead, we will create a personalised treatment plan together.
